Every project begins with an idea and concept. The end result will ultimately depend on how the project begins. We begin, by listening to you. What are the goals to achieve? What are the special circumstances, and what are the time constraints? The end result begins with a focus on project management, team effort, and dedication to our clients’ needs.

This approach separates a true systems integrator from a commodity contractor.

Existing buildings require surveys to determine specific situations

that will need to be addressed at the planning stages.

Safety Signal Systems’ team of designers, project managers and support staff work very

closely with you, your architect, and engineer. There are always a host of  perceived obstacles, which if dealt with early on are greatly reduced.

Safety Signal Systems has fostered many

                                                            good relationships with jurisdictional authorities.

                                                            Knowing local requirements before hand

helps expedite the permitting and approval

                                                            process.

Budget cost estimates and value engineering alternatives are thoroughly explored and presented. Often there are several paths that lead to the same result. The path of least resistance may or may not be the best course, but only with due diligence and analytical discussion are all possibilities realized.

Upon consensus, we prepare detailed project documents including AutoCAD drawings, product specifications, schedules and operational sequences. If required for the scope of the project, permit submittal documents are drafted and entered into the governing system.

Once all documentation has been reviewed and accepted, our team leaders prepare for installation.  As with most projects, the final system picture is not yet complete. Part of the installation process includes continual as-built documentation. These “as-built” documents are delivered upon the close of the project. A true and actual representation of how the system was installed is an invaluable tool for all future maintenance and expansion of the system.
